Investor Relations

Building a company for the long term

Neologicals is a privately held, clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company. We are selective about our partners — and committed to full transparency with those who invest alongside us.

Investment thesis

Why invest in Neologicals

Differentiated pipeline

Four programs built on novel mechanisms — not incremental improvements on existing drugs. Each program addresses a validated target with a clear patient population and no adequate existing therapy.

Experienced leadership

Our team has collectively advanced over 20 drug candidates through clinical development, with multiple FDA approvals and successful exits. We know how to build and how to execute.

Capital-efficient model

We partner strategically with CROs, academic centers, and co-development partners to extend our runway and reduce execution risk — without sacrificing scientific rigor or speed.

Multiple near-term catalysts

Phase I data from NG-101 and NG-418 expected in H2 2026. IND filing for NG-312 targeted Q1 2027. Each milestone creates a value inflection point for investors.
