Phase I data from NG-101 and NG-418 expected in H2 2026. IND filing for NG-312 targeted Q1 2027. Each milestone creates a value inflection point for investors.

Series A close
$20M seed round — currently fundraising. Proceeds will fund Phase I advancement and IND-enabling studies.
NG-101 Phase I dose escalation data
Initial safety, PK, and preliminary efficacy data from NG-101 Phase I. Presentation planned for ESMO 2026.
NG-418 Phase I expansion data
Dose expansion cohort data with preliminary efficacy signals. Presentation planned for ASH 2026.
NG-312 IND filing
IND submission to FDA for NG-312 in pediatric lysosomal storage disorder. Orphan Drug Designation application concurrent.
Series B financing
Planned Series B to fund Phase II advancement of lead programs and continued pipeline development.
